Coping..
Heart breaks are brutal, it happens to everyone at some point of their life. However, no one will ever understand why anyone who is heartbroken would want to talk about the love one endured though it's now been torn apart.
When you are all alone in the night, on one of the days, long after your break up, where you seem to have realised and accepted that it's really over, where all that anger, rage about who is wrong and why is all settled down in someway in your heart.. All you are left with is good memories of what was broken into pieces by both of you..
And you have no one to share them with, the one you loved is long gone to talk about and smile, even the good hearted friends whom stood by you when you were lost are way past their patience level to tolerate your talks about your lost love..
All I can think of is to write, yes.. Write your heart out on everything you feel and think about.. Get it out of you so you will feel more light and go on with your days with little bit of peace.. don't lock them up inside you and just cry to your pillows. Writing helps, in someway it let's you share all your thoughts in the most honest way, you don't have to worry about filtering it out or think if you are sharing too much, "Paper is more patient than people", so go on.. pour your hearts out.. that's the only way to heal yourself..
