It's not in the pursuit of happiness, it's in the habit of happiness
I heard about Sushant's suicide. I am already upset and this news and people kept on posting his pictures, it just occupied my mind the whole day. I couldn't control, I felt choked with emotions I can't explain. Its not about him, but its also about him through me.
I watched his interviews, read the news again and again. And I relate to why would someone will choose suicide and how it would feel like they don't have any other option than death no matter how many people you know and what ever the problem may be. It's a dark place where you have to show immense strength to pull yourself out of it. In one is his interviews he said "It's not in the pursuit of happiness, it's in the habit of happiness".
When ever I hear suicide or see people commit suicide, it aches so much that I wish someone would have been there for them. I wish he finds his peace and happiness where ever he is now and hope he makes a habit of it like he said. Someone who loves you to the moon and back would be on their way to tell you.
